RULES FOR VISITORS
Visitors will receive an order confirmation email from Circle21 app on behalf of Belgrade Games. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find your order confirmation or have any other technical ticket-related issues, please contact contact@circle21.app.
The pass can be printed or scanned from a mobile device upon arrival. For each pass purchase, you will receive one code per ticket. I.e., if you order 5x 3-day passes, you will receive 5 unique codes. Each will be scannable once. Once scanned, you will be granted access to the event.
1-DAY FLOOR PASS and 3-DAYS FLOOR PASS holders will receive a wristband once their passes are scanned, which they will have to wear throughout all one or three days! Without them, no one will be allowed to enter the FLORR PASS area! Once issued a wristband on-site, we are unable to provide another for lost wristbands.
FLOR PASS ticket holders will be able to watch the event from around the competitionarena!
The 1-DAY FLOOR PASS is valid only for the day it was issued and cannot be changed for another day after its purchase, even if not used. For example, a Friday 1-DAY FLOOR PASS is valid only for Friday and cannot be used on Saturday or Sunday.
3-DAYS FOOLR PASS holders can check in on Thursday, 04/09/2026, between 18:00-21:00 or any time during the finals.
All attendees 12 years old and up need a pass to enter Athens Throwdown. All pass fees are non-refundable for any reason.
